Listen Out is a proud supporter of the companion card program. Please let us know if you have a significant and permanent disability and hold a Companion Card issued by the government.

An animal qualifies as an assistance animal if it is trained to assist a person with disability and trained to meet standards of hygiene and behaviour that are appropriate for an animal in a public place.

Listen Out will be providing accessible viewing platforms at both the ATARI and 909 stages. They are identifiable by large dark blue flags with this symbol:
There will also be way-finding signage in place to assist with finding the platforms. These signs will look like this:
Access to the platforms is restricted to our accessible patrons and patrons with specific access needs and one carer/friend identified by them. Chairs will be available on both accessible platforms.
These platforms will be manned by our friendly event team who are there to help in any way they can.
This event is Auslan interpreted on the Atari Stage (on the left and right LCD screens through picture in picture) and the 909 Stages.
Accessible toilets can be found within the festival grounds at each toilet area and will be marked clearly on the patron map. There is also an accessible toilet in the VIP bar.
There will also be way-finding signage in place to assist with finding the accessible toilets. These signs will look like this:
